I have been involved in the mortgage business for 30 years. I spent 16 of those years as a mortgage underwriter and processor. I am very familiar with loan documents. Because of my background, I am very detail oriented. I also am aware of the importance of the notary in a transaction. Sometimes I am the only person the client sees.
